Running Away From Self

Comment:
Since moving here things have not gone well. My situation in all aspects is not good. I am ready to leave.

Dr. Peebles:
You can't make a move on the outside until ...the movement must occur inside of you first. You cannot create a shift in your outer environment until you are willing to work from within, the movement must occur inside of you first; through meditation, more honesty asking of your heart, creating a relationship with the place you want to move to. All you see is a reflection of you; less discouragement, more encouragement, live freely, creating a resonance there. Find yourself coming unstuck inside of yourself first, everything else will fall into place.

There is a little bit of running away from some things inside of yourself that are yet to be explored there, certainly, plain and simple, some introspection to be done - interjection at this point by subject - "it's a little difficult under the circumstances"

Dr. Peebles
... you can always find as many excuses as possible to hide from yourself. Take pen and paper, write down a thought from within that you wish you could share with someone, 'today I am angry and frustrated with Dr. Peebles or the universe', just a simple statement such as that. Keep adding to it, one sentence at a time. You have plenty of time to do this, ten seconds here, five seconds there. You will watch and see that this all adds up to an equation that equals you. As you read and re-read your work here, you will find what evolves is a wonderful series of sentences that become the poetry of your life itself, it will give you the key out.

One piece of paper - when something crops up into your head, only because in a very beautiful way you find yourself getting wrapped up in thoughts that you really can't get untangled from, one sentence, one thought, put it down on paper so you can create movement there. Create a new energy, a new vitality. So you put them on the page from your frustration. You put it down so you don't have to muddle over it, thus generating release from your current situation.
